Cancellation of Registration of the South African Fastener Manufacturers Association as an Employers

The Registrar of Labour Relations intends to cancel the registration of the South African Fastener Manufacturers Association (“the organisation”) as the organisation has ceased to function in accordance with its constitution.

The organisation and all interested parties are invited to submit written representations as to why the registration should not be cancelled to the Registrar c/o the Department of Employment and Labour, Laboria House, 215 Francis Baard Street, Pretoria, or alternatively by post to Private Bag X117, Pretoria, 0001 within 60 days from the date of this notice.
