Main Collective Amending Agreement: Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry

The Minister of Employment and Labour has declared that the Collective Amending Agreement concluded in the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry be extended to non-parties.

This means that the conditions shall be binding on the parties who concluded the collective agreement and on the other employers and employees in that industry.

The collective agreement comes into effect from the second Monday after the date of publication of this Notice and for the period ending 28 February 2022.

The collective agreement signed in Johannesburg on 14 August 2019 is annexed to the Notice.
