The Essential Services Committee (“the ESC”) hereby gives notice of its investigation which may render the weather services in support of marine and disaster management services as essential as well as an investigation on the possible variation of the designation made in respect of health services to include cleaning services.
The ESC will hear oral representations on these services at the CCMA offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth on the dates and at the times specified in the Notice.
Interested persons must indicate their intention to make oral representations in writing by emailing SibusisoL@CCMA.org.za on or before 3 December 2021 in the manner and form set out in the Notice.
The ESC will also convene an information sharing session regarding the investigations on 25 November 2021.
Interested persons must confirm their attendance to the session by emailing SibusisoL@CCMA.org.za no later than 19 November 2021.
