NUMSA has released a notice in which they call for their members to participate in a nationwide demonstration/picket on the 23rd of August 2021 to show their dissatisfaction with the wage offer from employers.
Please note this is not a protected strike therefore if employees participate in the strike and do not report for duty the no work, no pay rule will apply.
