The Notice extending the Main Collective Agreement concluded in the Bargaining Council for the Motor Industry to non-parties, published under Government Notice R. 220 of 18 March 2021, has been corrected.
The following has been published for general information for the period 01 September 2021 to 31 August 2022: the guaranteed wages increases as set out in Sector 3 Wage Schedule (Division C: Chapter IV – Clause 2 – Wages) paid by an employer to each of the classes of employees specified in the Wage Schedule; and the minimum wages in respect of Sector 6 paid by an employer to each of the employees of classes specified in the Wage Schedule in the area of the Region in which his establishment is situated.
No employee shall accept a wage lower than that specified for his class in such area.
