The Minister of Employment and Labour has declared that the Administration Expenses and Registration Main Collective Agreement concluded in the Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector be extended to non-parties. This means that the conditions shall be binding on the parties who concluded the collective agreement and on the other employers and employees in that industry. The collective agreement comes into effect from the second Monday after the date of publication of the Notice and shall remain in force until 2023.
