Fast Food, Restaurant, Catering and Allied Trades – Cancellation of Collective Agreement Extension
In accordance with applicable regulations, a notice has been formally published by the Minister to cancel the extension of the Main Collective Agreement to non-parties. This agreement was initially negotiated and concluded within the Bargaining Council for the Fast Food, Restaurant, Catering and Allied Trades.
This means that the conditions specified therein shall be binding on the parties who concluded the collective agreement and not on the other employers and employees in that industry. The cancellation of the extension to non-parties is effective from 28 February 2025.
