Course Overview

The objective of this course is to develop a clear understanding of performance measurement theories and practical application thereof for managers in all economic sectors.

This course will enable Learners to:

  • Set goals and objectives
  • Establish performance standards
  • Set up monitoring systems
  • Monitor and measure the achievement of objectives
  • Establish performance standards and monitoring systems
  • Prepare for performance review of team member
  • Conducting performance review interview
