Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA). Delegates will develop an understanding of the nature of claims and how

payments are made by the Workmen’s Com pensation Commissioner. The course covers instances of negligence by an employee and to

what degree compensation will be awarded to a worker It also covers the completion of the necessary documentation related to COIDA.

COURSE: Incident Investigation and Emergency Response

This Health & Safety course has been designed to develop delegates’ knowledge and skills to be able to successfully conduct incident

investigations into workplace incidents/accidents. Delegates will be able to effectively communicate findings of an investigation to
