Course Overview

The objective of this Facilitating adult learning course is to assist delegates to recruit and select new staff members for defined positions within an organisation or the personnel recruitment industry. Persons credited with this unit standard will be able to prepare, recruit and select suitable candidates according to ability and potential within an organisation and through the personnel recruitment industry.

This course will enable Learners to:

  • Plan and prepare for facilitation;
  • Facilitate learning; and
  • Evaluate learning and facilitation

Learning assumed to be in place:

  • The credit calculation is based on the assumption that learners are already competent in the learning area in which they will provide training.

Optional competency assessment is available at R1 600.00 excl. VAT per delegate on this course.

This module is based on outcomes based learning principles where delegates are responsible for their own learning with support available when required.
