The client pays a monthly retainer fee and is then provided with a predetermined annual “service cover”. All services rendered will be deducted from this cover at a fix hourly rate. Once the service cover is depleted, the client will be billed on an ad-hoc basis. Supplementary services are not provided as part of the core service but can be provided on an ad-hoc basis.
